Depending on the country of delivery, we aim to deliver within 2-5 working days. We will contact you as soon as possible if we no longer have your article (s) in stock.

Yes, you can return any item to MAGIC Bodyfashion® within 14 days of receiving the original order provided that all items are returned unused and in their original condition and packaging. ATTENTION: The stick-on bras from the Backless Collection can NOT be returned once the box has been opened. Please note: You will be responsible for the shipping costs and these won't be refunded. In order for our Customer Service to process your return as soon as possible please complete our Returns Form.

The usual delivery time is 2-5 working days however it can take up to 14 days during busy peak times. If you have not received your order within 14 working days, please contact our Customer Service (Tel: +31 (0) 546 727305) and quote your customer and order number.

Payments can be processed using the payment system CCV Pay. With CCV Pay you can use the regular payment options including Creditcard, Paypal, Klarna and Ideal.

After you have sent you return to us quoting the corresponding return number, it can take up to 1-2 weeks to receive your returned items at our office. Upon receipt your returns will be processed as soon as possible and we will refund you within 14 working days. For your refund it is important that you provide details or your IBAN and BIC code account.
